Use of Rich text mode instead of </> mode in content editor

I can’t have access to the Rich Text mode on the content area (content)

I tried deactivating all the plug in, no luck.

Any idea how to fix this?

Thank you

Hello There,

Please follow up the steps below:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.

  2. Go to X > Settings and click on the Clear Style Cache button.

  3. If you’re using a CDN(ex: CloudFlare), please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services. For the CloudFlare you also need to follow the steps below besides the developer mode:

  4. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.

Hi

I’m running the Pro version 2.1.6

I cleared the cache and remove the CSS in the theme option area with no luck.

I have a accordion object where I have access to Rich Text but the Content Area I just have the HTML editor.

Thank you

Hey @samueltheriault,

Sorry for the confusion. The Content Area element does not have a Rich Text option. Please use the Text element instead.

Thanks.

He boy!

That explain everything.

All fix then.

You’re most welcome!
