I need a solution for this asap.

Thank you.

I also have tried disabling each-and-every plugin and then activating the theme (clean install) still same issue. It is completely failing

oh and btw: I used manual files upload via sftp, so not the upload feature via WP admin.

Hi There @iamarketer

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having this issue. Upon checking your site, I see a blank page so couldn’t find more information through it.

Did you also delete Cornerstone plugin and updated it with the new version?

If that does not help, provide us with your WordPress credentials along with your FTP credentials in a secure note to investigate this issue further.

Thanks!

When I try to activate ‘PRO’ theme:

I also have already tried re-installing cornerstone; via sftp upload… but nothing of your stuff is working properly atm. Other theme’s just work fine. It is ONLY x-theme stuff that is not working.

I need help ASAP

Hi @iamarketer
