Urgent Help Needed. Receiving Error

Hi,

Currently on my site the Woocommerce composite products which are:

They continue to load without any of the product options coming up. I have contacted my hosting provider and the developer of the plugin and they’ve said that the issue is connected to the Theme. The plugin is up to date and same issue is going on.

Hi Dayana,

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking your site, it seems that you have updated Cornerstone recently and you’re still using an older version of X theme.

First delete your Cornerstone plugin from plugins section, and then update your X theme to the latest version by head over to Dashboard -> Updates section. You can check our latest version information from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195). Then head over to X -> Validation section and wait for few seconds to automatically install the latest version of Cornerstone plugin as well.

Once you’re fully updated make sure to purge your server cache and also clear your browser cache before testing your site again.

If I delete Cornerstone will I lose all my pages that I have?

All your page information and settings will be saved in the database. So that you can safely delete and re-install.

How can I purge the server cache? I have downloaded a plugin called WP Super Cache and clicked cleared cache. I’m not sure this is what you told me to do.

Hi Dayana,

Still, I can see you are using an older version of the theme whereas your cornerstone is updated.
Please update the theme for a possible fix.

In this staging site, I can see the Theme is updated but the cornerstone is an older version.
Please update it too to the latest version for any kind of compatibility issue.
