I would like to upload the full demo content of Renew 02 to my site - menus especially - and edit from there. Right now, i can only upload the style and look.

Regretfully, that is not possible with the Standard demos which Renew 2 is a part of. Only the Expanded demos include complete content. Please see https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-demo-content/56 for more details.
