Hi,

I’m trying to update an old version, but when I enter the product license I get:
“Could not establish connection. Please ensure your firewall is not blocking requests to theme.co”

I’ve been trying to debug the issue and it all comes down to a 404 error from your servers.

Thanks for writing in! Did you rename the X theme folder? I can see that you have assigned the license code to your domain url. It should have worked for the validation. Please provide us access to your site so that we can check your settings. Please create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

No, I did not rename the folder. I’ve updated the secure note.
