Hello Tim,

Thanks for writing in!

First, I would suggest you to update PHP. WordPress doesn’t support PHP 5.2. I suggest you to upgrade PHP to at least 5.6. WordPress recommend you to use PHP 7.2.

After that I suggest you to update Cornerstone manually. I also see that you are using old version of X Theme 4.6.4. Please update X Theme and Cornerstone manually. Here’s the update guide that you can refer. Please scroll down to manual update section.

To help you get started, I am sharing the manual update process below:

Manual X Update Via FTP

  • Unzip x.zip on your computer.
  • Rename the x folder to x-updating.
  • Connect to your server via FTP and navigate to your /wp-content/themes/ directory.
  • Drag and drop the x-updating folder into your themes directory.
  • Upon completion, rename the previous x folder to x-previous.
  • Rename x-updating to x. Your site will now be at the latest version.
  • Delete the x-previous folder.
  • Visit the WordPress dashboard at least once to ensure any migration logic can run (this happens behind the scenes).

Here’s getting started guide that you can refer to login into FTP using Filezilla:

Thanks.
