Updating X 4.6.2 to Pro

Hey,

I’ve upgraded my license previously but I’ve not done the conversion.

My site is still at 4.6.2 and auto updates doesn’t seem to be working (Maybe because it’s MU?)

From what I understand, I need to upgrade to 4.6.4 before I convert, but I can’t find the old download files.

Please kindly advise on the upgrade-conversion path I should take now.

Hey @shadowoflight,

Please try going to Dashboard > Updates and click the Check Again button. If the update still isn’t available, you can download the latest version of X in Themeforest and you can do a manual update. Please see this article to learn how to manual update. Once done, please see the X to Pro conversion guide.
