Updates don't work

Hi support,

I’m trying to update the X theme and plugins Cornerstone and Layerslider WP but get every time a fail and no working updates.

WP version: 4.5.14
SSL: Yes
Curent X theme version: 6.0.4
Updating WP version doesn’t also work.

Can you see what goes wrong?

I would like to update your setup however I could not understand the language and we could not able to determine the error or issue… I would like to ask permission that we could update your setup and change its language.

For safety, please also backup your site.

Thank you for the credentials, but I’m sorry we can not do an update to your X because your WordPress is outdated (this seems to be the culprit of the your issue).

Better you update everything and start with WordPress to avoid incompatibility issues.

First, update your Wordpress. Updating WordPress

Then, update your X and Cornerstone. Updating Your Themes and Plugins

Then, update all your extensions and plugins, especially your slider plugin. How to Properly Update Plugins

Remember to clear all caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
