Updated X to latest version and my plugins are not working

I just updated X to the latest version and my plugins are not working properly. I have tried deleting and re-downloading plugins but it is still not working. Specific plugins include thrive page builder and maintenance mode plugin.

Can you please confirmed that you have updated to the latest versions?
Our latest versions are:

  • X theme 6.5.6
  • Cornerstone 3.5.5

This latest release contains fixes for several issues so be sure to check out the changelog (http://theme.co/changelog/).

_After doing the updates, always remember to clear all caches (if you are using Endurance Page Cache, WP Rocket, WP SuperCache or W3 Total Cache) when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.-

Yes I’ve done all of this. Everything is updated and I’ve cleared all caches numerous times. Nothing seems to be working.

Hi Ashley,

Can you try switching to wordpress default Twenty Nineteen theme then check if these issues persist.
This is so we can narrow down what is causing the issue.

Hi, Ok I’ve switched to Twenty Nineteen and the issues still persist. Except the pink bar at the top which I now realize was a different activated plugin. (Sorry) Still don’t understand what is happening with Thrive page builder and also maintenance mode.
