Updated to cornerstone 3.0.4 500 error

I just updated to Cornerstone 3.0.4 and I got a 500 error on my site. The entire site stopped loading.

I saw this in my error_log file:

[12-Mar-2018 14:46:45 UTC] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home/parkinson/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/classes/styling/class-font-manager.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/alt/php70/usr/share/pear’) in /home/parkinson/public_html/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/includes/cornerstone-plugin.php on line 105

What’s going on here? I restored to a previous version to fix the problem.

Do you have any suggestions? I can’t update Cornerstone because it will put my site down.

Thanks for asking. :slight_smile:

You need to reinstall Cornerstone by deleting the existing one and let X theme install latest version by visiting X > Validation. If you’re not sure about this, then please provide your admin login credentials and we’ll test the same. But to make sure I can install it, please provide your FTP login credentials just in case it’s not possible through admin.

Don’t forget to add your credentials in a secure note.
