Unsolved: Fontmanager / Custom Fonts / .woff .woff2

My question is exactly the same. What’s the status now, how have you solved this issue after a year?
Not even the suggested workaround works for me…

In the thread above you say “It looks like it’s a combination of server and WordPress setup that permits a file format to be uploaded”.

Seems like you are guessing the errors…

Regardless, deactivated all but plugins but cornerstone and updated to the latest theme-version but the issue remains.

Thanks for posting in!

We are not guessing but certain that it is a combination of a server file permission and your WordPress set up. We have tested this over with no strict server file permissions. The .woff files were able uploaded successfully in our local testing servers. Our developer haven’t found a way to get around the server to allow the uploading of the .woff files. You will have to do the alternative or manually add the files to your server and then use that plugin. If it is not working for you, please provide us your FTP and WP access so that we can investigate more.

Ok, this doesn’t explain the UI issues in the media center after having taken care of the file permissions.
Are you gonna fix that “does not appear in the media” bug, which is “actually a known bug before but that has been resolved.”???

Hello Hei,

This issue has been resolved by our developers already. Just make sure that you are using the latest version X theme 7.1.2 and Cornerstone 4.1.2 or Pro theme 3.1.2. If you are still experiencing this after the updates, there could be a 3rd party plugin causing it. We recommend that you temporarily disable other plugins and test the font upload again.
