Unresponsive after loading even if disable cache plugin!

Hi,

When I go to cornestone, I’ve got this message :

The preview was unresponsive after loading. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing.

Origin URL: https://www.urgence-plombier-toulouse.fr

Preview URL: https://www.urgence-plombier-toulouse.fr/

I’ve disabled my cache plugin but this mesage is still here and it’s not possible to modify anything on the page.

This problem is recurrent since the new x-theme version.

Why ?

Could you help me ?

Thank you.

Fabien

Hello Fabien,

Thanks for posting in! Do you have any other plugin that minify the JS/CSS like Autoptimizer plugin? Please disable it as well. To better assist you with the issue, kindly provide us access to your site so that we can investigate further.

Best Regards.

Hi @ftrouche,

If it is a Child Theme problem you can easily test that by changing the theme to the parent one temporarily and check the case. It might be also related to your server settings. I suggest that you follow up the steps below:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options and/or Child Theme and test the case.
  4. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.
  5. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
  6. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

Thank you.
