Unlock & Use licence in a diffrent site

Already unlocked licence. Still cannot use in anew site.

Hey Gireesh,

Thanks for writing in. You don’t need to unlock your license to use it for a different site. You just need to change the assigned domain by clicking on the Edit or Pencil icon, change the domain and press enter. I’d recommend you lock your account before doing that.

If you wish to transfer your account but you couldn’t, there’s probably a technical problem going on in our system at this time. In this case, in a Secure Note, please post the username or email address of your other account you wish your license to be transferred to and I’ll forward this to the person managing the accounts.
