Unidentified error after activating ssl for https

Only skeletan mode is working in cornerstone editor and front end of site is missing most elements and shortcodes after I changed site url to https.

Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! Please make sure that the site url and wordpress url in the settings, Settings > General is using https://. You may also need to install WP Migrate DB and make use of the search and replace feature of this plugin to replace all occurrence of http://example.com/wp-content/uploads/ into https://example.com/wp-content/uploads/.

Please let us know how it goes.

I did change the HTTPS in general settings and did a search and replace before I submitted this question. I have enabled SSL for many other sites and have never had an issue like this. Slider Revolution as well as other plugins are not showing up on the front end in addition to Cornerstone not working properly.

Please check for the following also:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195

  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

Thanks.
