Unable to validate purchase code

I just purchased X theme and when I am trying to input the purchase code, it is redirecting to a blank page. Can you please help with this issue ??

Hi there,

This usually happens when your X and Cornerstone version are not compatible. Please double check that you have both X and Cornerstone updated to the latest version including your Wordpress version.
