Unable to use license on production and dev site

Hi,

When I enter my license code on both my dev site, it says it’s already used on another site. I’ll include details below of the URLs. Can you advise why they aren’t working?

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, I see that you’re using an older version of Pro theme which should be the cause of this issue. You can check the latest version numbers from here and you can update according to the following guide (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62). After updating, try re-validating your theme.

Hi, I have updated the theme on both the production and live site to the latest verison.

However, I am still unable to validate the dev site.

I get the error message: Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.

The dev domain is registered under the license codes section in my Themeco account.

I couldn’t find these domain names added in your account “mikeshudson” do you have another account?

Also, could you please send us your license in a Secure Note so we can investigate this issue?
