Unable to use Cornerstone, Session expired problem

Hi support team, i have a problem here, just bought cornerstone from Evato, but cannot use it, whenever i go to page -> Add new -> Edit with cornerstone, it has a screen like this

Although i have tried everything, still got the same problem, i would provide my account for the checking.

Hey @mobitouch,

The common cause of that is outdated WordPress version. Please update WordPress and if it’s up to date, please try re-installing it by going to Dashboard > Updates then click the Update Now button.

If that does not help, please give us WordPress Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note.

The latest version is 5.0.2. I logged in and updated WordPress and it did fix the issue.
