Unable to update site

hi, i seem to be having an issue updating my other site. i recently upgraded to PRO and when i enter the key the screen goes blank. here is a screen shot of the page before it goes blank.

Hi Rick,

Thank you for writing in, it could be a compatibility issue, you updated Cornerstone and Wordpress but you leave X theme behind. Please update X and Cornerstone to the latest version (6.5.5 and 3.5.4 respectively)

Updating Your Themes and Plugins

If the automatic update did not work, that is because your X theme is out dated, please follow the manual update guide instead.

You can refer for the latest compatible versions here.

Remember to clear all caches (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
