I am unable to scroll the left option bar. This happens after I have updated to the latest version. I have clear cache on the browser and disable the CDN. Please help!

Kindly do the following.

Make sure you have at least PHP version 5.6 installed in your server

Make sure your themes and plugins has the correct compatible version

If you are using a child theme, try activating your parent theme. This is just to test if something in your child theme is causing the issue.

Try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

We have found the plugin “Remove Query Strings From Static Resources” to be conflicting with the side menu scrolling ability. We have since remove the plugin and it is working smoothly now.
