Unable to revoke/assign

Hi,

I’ve purchased a license for the theme, I validated it locally but when I uploaded my website on an online server I got the message “Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.”. I tried deleting the URL from Production and Staging and putting it again with no results.

Please help.

Thanks for writing in! First you need to make sure that you have properly migrated your site from your local server to the remote environment. Please check our migration guide here here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/cornerstone-content-builder-migration/126).

Then also head over to your WordPress back-end Settings -> General area and see if you have set your site URLs correctly.

Then make sure that you’re using the latest version of X theme and Cornerstone. You can check the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).
