Unable to log into my website

I am not sure what happened, but I was trying to load sample (.zip files) Rev Sliders from the Themco site and for some reason page was not responding. Now I am unable to edit my website. As I direct my browser to the following link: http://www.jerseycityques.org/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page I am no longer seeing the login page.

Thanks for writing in! Probably you’re running out of your allocated memory. You can install this plugin, activate it and then head over to Dashboard -> WP-Serverinfo area and check your PHP memory limit value. If it is below 500MiB, follow our guide here on how it increase it and then check your issue again.

Also you can try re-login to your site by accessing the following link:
http://www.jerseycityques.org/wp-login.php

Also you can temporarily disable Slider Revolution plugin by renaming the plugin directory revslider which is located at /wp-content/plugins/revslider

Thank you for getting back to me. I added the WP-Serverinfo plug-in and I was able to add the syntax you suggested to increase the PHP memory limit. I was also able to access my site using the link that you provided (Thanx). However, deactivating the Slider Revolution did not fix the problem. Other than the link you’ve provided, I am unable to log into my website with the credentials I once had: http://www.jerseycityques.org/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=page. I am not sure what caused this.

Did you installed a Membership plugin lately? A 3rd party plugin is causing this issue. TYou could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

You may need to login to your ftp again and disable the membership plugin so that you can login again.
