Unable to import demo content

Hi,
When i am importing Agency demo i am getting import failed error. The debugging error is “cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 4879 milliseconds with 169172 out of 266537 bytes received”

Please kindly read the article below regarding the problem:

It is for the product validation but the same cURL error is happening for you which you need to contact your hosting service provider to whitelist.

Hi,
I already have whitelisted the ip address of theme.co but still the error is same. Though i am able to successfully install the Extensions without any problem.

Problem solved, i changed the php version from 7.1 to 5.6 and it worked correctly now.
