Uh oh, we could not check if this license was valid

Hello there,

I have 4 licenses.
Previously, I filled in a domain name with “Manage your licenses” + I entered the license code in the website at the menu of “X”.
This does work for website A, but not for website B (?)
I always get the message fot website B: “Uh oh, we could not check if this license was valid”

I even changed one license to “Pro”.
Still the result is: “Uh oh, we could not check if this license was valid”

For the website B it seems that there is a problem regarding the connection between the website and our servers, I am not sure if you host both websites to the same server but I suggest that you contact your hosting service provider and ask them to follow up the troubleshooting steps below to make it possible to have the website communicate with our servers for the license evaluation:
