2. Go to X > Settings and click on the Clear Style Cache button. There isn’t any X > Settings option in my dashboard
3. Switch to the parent theme. I don’t know what this is, so I guess we don’t have such thing.
4. Reset your htaccess file by renaming it to .htaccess-bak. Then in WP Admin Menu, go to Settings > Permalinks and just click the Save Changes button. I don’t feel comfortable touching the htacess file, so I’m not gonna doing that
5. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit. I can’t do that. My host server don’t allow it.

Hey Enrique,

In this case, please give us WordPress Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note so we could check deeper.

Thanks.

Ok. I will do that.

Hi There,

This issue occurred because you installed the X theme inside the /x/ folder: wp-content/themes/x/x. That’s not correct.

I’ve moved the x directory to `wp-content/themes/ and everything is working normal now.

Cheers!

Oh my god… thank you!!!

You’re welcome. Glad we could help.
