Ubermenu 3 - Scrolling Issues

We have made a mega menu with Ubermenu3 on our website and the scrolling function is not functioning correctly. We named the sections with unique IDs on each page, but the links only scroll properly when ON the page and we want it to scroll properly anywhere throughout the site.

For example: When on this page the links scroll correctly, but whenever the user tries to access the submenu item from another page, it doesn’t work. We are referring to SERVICES & PRODUCTS>SERVICES>STRATEGY https://velocityagency.com/services-products/services/strategy/

You’ll need to give full URL instead of just ID’s like the one I found in your menu https://velocityagency.com/services-products/products/strategy/#digital-marketing. I tested that link and it is accessible from other pages.
