Hi, We have a menu comprised of several segments in uber menu. When we place the top level menu in the X Pro header the sub menu sections show up as menu segment instead of displaying the full submenu. Please advise?

Please use the Content Area element in the Pro Header builder and add the Uber Menu shortcode to it to be able to have the menu:
That will bypass the navigation inline code of the header and will show only the Uber Menu functionality.
