Hi, I have done everything I can to get ubermenu to save an image but I am getting nowhere. Have continually emptied cache. Please can you help.
I have followed all the instructions but every time I save the image, it loses it.

Thanks for writing in! Upon checking, first issue I see that is your X theme not update. You can refer to the latest version numbers from here (https://theme.co/changelog/) and update your theme accordingly (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62). Also remember to update any outdated plugin by following our latest X/Pro compatible version information from here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195).
Then if you’re still having issues, first you need to disable your 3rd party plugins except Cornerstone and Ubermenu and re-test your issue again.
If you’re using a child theme, switch to your parent theme and test your issue further.
Also you need to check your WordPress permissions by following this guide here (https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions) or by checking this detailed guide here (https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-fix-file-and-folder-permissions-error-in-wordpress/).
