Type error undefined

Hi,

I have a TypeError: e.attr(…) is undefined showing when I inspect this page:

https://www.explorermotorhomes.com.au/quotation/

Can you shed some light on what it is and how I can fix it?

Thanks,
Darren.

Hello Darren,

Thanks for writing in! I do not see the JS error when I inspect your page. One thing I noticed though is that there has some modifications to the body element which might result to an issue later on. Several of the body classed where removed which is not good. Would you mind providing us the url of your site with login credentials so we can take a closer look?

To do this, you can create a secure note with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Thank you.

Hi,

Have sent through the Login details - thanks.

Darren.

Hi Darren,

I checked but could not replicate the issue. I do not see any errors as well.

Can you provide us exct steps to trigger the erro.

For the mean time you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes!

Hi Paul,

the errors I was referring to are shown when I inspect the page:

Hey Darren,

The Javascript issue seems to be caused by a plugin conflict. Were you able to test for plugin conflict and see if it fixes the issue? Also, please double check if you have everything updated to the latest version.

In case you are still getting an issue, It would be best to setup a staging site and do the update from there so that the live site will not be affected in case there will be any issues with the update and you will be able to do some testing.

Here are some search results on how to setup a staging site:

In case you are not certain how to proceed, you might want to check with your web host and ask them if they can help you with the staging site.
