Two Questions: Absolute Center in Header and Full Height image in Background Lower Layer

I am working on my new business site here: Clarksville Raw Dog Food

First Question: I have a very simple header that I have created consisting of three containers. The middle one is only populated with the company logo. My issue is that I need the logo to remain at absolute center. I know that it is centered within the container, but that does not center it on the page.

Second Question: Below the header is a single row with a few Headlines. I am using a background layer for the image and would like it to remain the full height of the image rather than cropping. I have seen a few posts related to this but have been unsuccessful at duplicating successful results.

Your help is very much appreciated.

Robert

I now need this same fix for the copyright text field in the footer. :disappointed:
