Trouble customizing child theme

I’ve created a child theme and copied files from the main theme into it. But when I go to edit the child theme files nothing happens?
This is my path: /wp-content/themes/x-child/framework/views/integrity/content.php

I did everything according to this article: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/customizations-best-practices/205

Not sure what I’m missing?

Must have been a cacheing issue, the change just went through.
