Transferring a purchase code to a new account

Hi,

We have registered a purchase code for a clients site. We need to provide all the theme info including access to their own account. We’d like to transfer the code to a new account for them. Obvs we can’t set the account up until the purchase code is released from our account.

I figure once this code is released from our account we can setup a new account with this code. Right?

There should be a new account created by us using the Purchase code Provided and the purchase code needs to be free from your account.

Please kindly get back to us with the Email, Name, and information of the client which you want to have a new account using the Secure Note and we will follow up the case.
