Hi someone is taking over maintaining 15 sites for me and I need to transfer the 15 licenses to his account. How do we go about this? I don’t have padlocks in my account.

This process should be done by us. Kindly get back to us with the list of the License keys and URLs that their URLs assigned which needs to be transferred alongside the username of the person you want to transfer licenses.
Kindly give the information using the Secure Note functionality of the post.

like do we now have to try to figure out which purchase codes are good? because some are staying and some are leaving…
They are both the same. You just need the ones you’ve sent me and can add them.
