I have checked your account and the license that you have indicated is already unlocked. You should be able to register it to another account.

Hey there,

We can create the new account for you and move the license over. Please provide the following information in a secure note, and then we can take care of this for you:

  • Desired username
  • Full Name
  • Email Address

We’ll set it up with a temporary password, which you can then change using the forgotten password link on the login page.

Hi @buildingblochs,

I moved the information to a Secure Note so that it will not be public.

We will ask our leadership team to create the new account with the license in question. This will be done after the weekend.

Hey @buildingblochs,

I’ve created the new user account now and moved over the license for you. All the new account holder needs to do is go to the login page and use the forgotten password link to reset the password to something of their choosing, and then add in the desired url on the licenses page, and you’re all set.
