I’m re-openeing a REAL issue that is not resolved yet.

Any news on that?

Thanks for writing in! Our staff already reported this to our issue tracker. Please be aware that we cannot provide any estimates or guarantee any fixes for this. However I have raised your issue again in the issue tracker.

But since your staff has acknowledged that a real issue exists in the code I think that this statement :
"...we cannot guarantee any fixes for this..."
is a bit discouraging for me.

We acknowledge that this is a bug but please note that fixing bugs differ in complexity. Some are quick to solve and some requires more time and other resources such as testing in a real device like this case.

Please check our Changelog shortly after updates are released to see if it’s included in the bugfix list like this:
