Hi There @jimenagordillo
Thanks for writing in! Upon testing, I can confirm the issue on the mobiles. Please review this guide on how to use responsive text feature (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/how-to-use-responsive-text/46041/2).
Hope that helps.
Hi, I did all the steps and it still looks the same.
Hello @jimenagordillo,
Thanks for updating the thread.
In that case, can you please share website login details in secure note for us to take a closer look?
Thanks.
Hi @jimenagordillo,
The login credential is incorrect, but the reason isn’t working is you set a fixed font size on your headline element. Please change the 75px size to 1em and test it again.
Thanks!
Hi, I changed it, on 1 is extremely small… so I set it on 5. It now looks inside the margin on my phone, but the letter is very small. When I set cornerstone to mobile it supposedly should look like this:
which would be ideal!!! but instead it looks like this:
I don’t know what else to do
Since you’re using the Responsive Text feature, you can increase the Minimum Font Size. See https://youtu.be/UXPhObp296c?t=100
Hope that helps.
I did that, now, I can see it well in my mobile, but on the laptop it looks bad. When i open cornerstone editor it supposedly looks like this
But when I open the page it really looks like this
I can’t set it up so that both mi mobile or laptop looks well. Also… Cornerstone should show thinngs as they are going to look… but what cornerstone shows me & reality are quite different.
Can you please help me?
I’m sorry I forgot that there’s currently a bug where the Responsive Text feature is not working in the preview. I’ve moved to an alternative method. It requires custom Font Size calc(5vw + 2.5em)
. I tried to explain its usage in this video: https://youtu.be/rJ1ofbstWlU
Hope that helps.
