There is no sub menu under X in dashboard

And clicking doesnt do anything. How can i see X sub-menu in dasboard?

Hey İlhan,

That usually is a result of incorrect theme installation. Please check if X was installed directly under your themes folder (wp-content/themes) and not in a sub-folder like wp-content/themes/x/x which is a common mistake.

If that does not help, please try reinstalling X. But before that, please disable all optimization like HTML, CSS and JS minification and then clear all caches using your caching plugin and/or caching from your web host and then deactivate all optimization so that all changes will take effect immediately.

If the issue persists, please give us WordPress Admin and FTP access in a Secure Note.
