[RESOLVED] Themeco Starter Pack

Hi there, I am trying to find the ‘Themeco Starter Pack’ to load into the template manager.
However, now I have some templates I have created, I cannot see where to do this.

Is there a download I can get to install the starter pack ?

Hi There,

You can install the starter pack directly from the admin, there is no separate download.
If you are using X then please click on X-> Templates for Pro, Pro -> Template

You will find the started pack installer there.

Click on the import Button and you are done.

That is my point ?? how do I get it back ?

Please check this following.

Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If you could please try the above and if you still have the issue we’d be more than happy to assist.

  • Link to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

I will carry out plugin conflict test and get back to you in the mean time,

Can you advise how I get it back if I hit the ‘Don’t show me any more’ button ?

[UPDATE] Everything is updated and correct, and deactivated all plugins, cleared local and server cache, restarted browser, issue still remains.

has dropbox download of .tco - was able now to import.

Would be nice if there was an ‘undo’ if we had accidentally hit the ‘Don’t show me this anymore’ in the settings page.
