I am getting an error with theme x Pro ‘Could not establish connection. Please ensure your firewall is not blocking requests to theme.co’ when validating my API code for the website. https://www.rightconnections.co.uk, I am unable to make any changes on the website due to the API key not validating

Are you trying to validate a site using an X or a Pro license? Please note that the two themes are different so if you are using X on the site, you will have to use an X license and Pro license for Pro.
As for https://www.rightconnections.co.uk, it seems that it is X that is installed and active on the site so please make sure you are using an X license to validate.
If you are still having an issue validating, please update X and Cornerstone as well because it is using an outdated version which might cause an issue validating because the older version of X was using a different validation process which is not supported anymore.
