Theme Options won't display

I have been unable to remove this issue of not able to display preview of Theme Options. I have disabled all the replug-ins and ensured all cache has been removed, and in fact I did a migrate of the entire site from my old development domain (rowney.com.au/wp) to my live domain (chrisrowney.com) and the issue has remained.

Can you suggest things I can try?

I got the 500 error message in the console log while opened your theme options page.

Please follow up the steps below:

1. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
2. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
3. Go to X > Settings and click on the Clear Style Cache button.
4. Remove custom CSS and Javascript from the options or Child Theme and test the case.
