Hi, I just installed the X theme en registrated it, but the X theme options doesn’t work. There is a “process icon”, but nothing happens. Can you help?

Sorry to hear that Theme Options panel is not working on the website. I am glad that you reached out for help.
I checked the website that’s listed in licence manager and can see that you are using latest version of X Theme and Cornerstone. Please try out following solutions and let us know the outcome:
- Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
- Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.
