Hi There,

Upon checking, it seems that you’re using PHP v7.2.4 on your server. I don’t have the exact version, but I have tested theme options using PHP v7.2.6, so I don’t see a conflict there.

Could you please try increasing your memory limit and see if that resolves your issue. You can follow our guide here (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-increasing-php-memory-limit/16935).

Also try disabling your 3rd party plugins and see if you’re experiencing a plugin conflict.

If that doesn’t help, post your WordPress login credentials in a secure note (https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/how-to-get-support/288) to further investigate this issue.

I checked your custom CSS and see there’s a quote mark after one of the semicolons. It’s around this code:

.x-colophon.bottom{background-image:url('https://www.fintown.com/assets/frontView/images/footer.jpg');background-size:cover;"}

Can you try removing that quote to see if it makes a difference?
