Theme Adding an Extra Terms Approval

Hey Guys,

We’re running our site using Theme X, Woocommerce and PayPal. We noticed today that a customer can’t checkout with paypal. When they have completed all the PayPal information they are taken back to the website for a review page. On this review page they can either cancel order or Place order. However, when you click “Place Order”, the error message “You must accept our Terms & Conditions.” pop-up at the very top. I reached out to woocommerce and they claim it is a conflict with the theme. The approval to terms and conditions should only happen on the first checkout page and only once. It should not be on this review order page at all and according to woocommerce support, the theme is adding this to the page.

Is this anything you are aware of? If so, how can we fix it?

Please note that the latest supported version of Woocommerce is

WooCommerce: | Latest Supported Version: 3.1.1

Version Compatibility | Themeco Docs

Please downgrade to that version and try again.

Hey,

I pulled everything over to staging and swapped out the themes and the issue is still there so looks like woocommerce is wrong, it is not the theme.
