Theme 5.0.3 to 6.2.2 Problems

I am unable to link my license to update my Theme X. I am running 5.0.3 and trying to get 6.2.2 installed. When I key in the code, it does nothing. It takes me to a blank page. Please advise.

You can download copy of X Theme and then manually update the same. Once that is done you can validate. I suggest you to copy over the website to a staging server. In case any issue comes up while doing or after update the same can be looked at without effecting live website.
