TheGrid Audio Player problem after Update to Wordpress 4.9

Hi,

I recently updated to Wordpress 4.9. I have some Grids which include an audio player. When I now click on the play button the audio starts, but the player itself doesn’t start. Now I can also click play on the player and the audio plays twice.
Can you do something about it?

I’m using safari by the way.

Upon checking on my setup, I could see that it is working well. Would you mind clearing your site and browser cache. If still happening, please share us a short screen video on how to replicate the problem.

Hi!

I tried clearing the cache. but nothing happened. I don’t have the problem on firefox, but still on Safari. Here’s a little video demonstrating the problem. First on Firefox, where everything is working fine and then on Safari. This Problem didn’t exist until the latest wordpress, X Theme and Cornerstone Update.

Hi there,

I’m able to confirm this issue, but since the last update only contains MEJS fixes for cornerstone’s audio/video player as of WP 4.9, then bundled plugins should follow too.

I’ll forward this for further checking.

And we cannot provide an ETA for the issue to be addressed as it involved a third party plugin.
