The theme selected will not allow to remove Template LOGO

Good evening

I selected the Agency Theme and selected the one for Education. I have been able to add the logo, and personalize the template however, it will not allow me to remove the DEMO education logo. I have looked in Template, Theme Options, Settings, Cornerstone, and I do not know where else to look to make these changes. Please advise thank you.

Hi @BusinessExpress,

The logo could be changed under Theme Options > Header > LOGO – IMAGE:

Are you using any cache plugins? Could you please temporarily turn them off?

Please also try testing a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

If it still doesn’t help, please provide us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

  • Link login to your site
  • WordPress Admin username / password

Good evening Im not referencing the header, Im referencing the “WindCrest High School” (Demo Theme Logo) bar that Im unable to delete. Its before the footer towards the bottom of the page.

It seems the given credentials is incorrect. The email when used as the username does not work.
Please provide the following:

  • WP username
  • WP Password

Information resent to assist with why I cannot move the (DEMO THEME) bar… thanks. It also says the site is not secure and I looked at all the options for the html, and none have the option for https://

That worked and now its coming up as an extremely large logo, how do I make it small like the DEMO logo.

I’ve added the width and height for that logo, it looks good now:

Thank you that helped. The Header drop downs are covering top bar. How can I correct this?

Please add this custom CSS under Theme Options > CSS:

.x-navbar .desktop .x-nav > li ul {
    top: 62px;
}
