The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet

Have been having issues with the active x theme recent update messing up the code on 2 of my pages:

https://www.commissionit.co.uk/bespoke-suits-furniture-jewellery-kitchens/ - the social media icons should not be there
https://www.commissionit.co.uk/portfolio-item/pencil-drawings-from60/ - should have 4 images in a portfolio

The developer said its due to your theme update, he made some changes and says I need to reinstall active X?

Please can you confirm if this is correct and how I do that>?

I did try, by downloading axtive x from themeforest got but when i just uploaded the zip file it says

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed.

Thanks for reaching out.

Have you sorted it out? I checked and social icons are now visible and images are there too.

About the missing style.css it’s probably coming from empty folder, you may delete and it has no effect on the theme (Since X is already active).

Hi NO…

The social images should not be there on the 1st page and the second page is 1 large image, not showing 4 images.

How do i download the latest version and replace it in WP?

The zip file came from you guys…

Please log in to your Apex account and download a fresh copy of the theme right in your dashboard:
https://theme.co/apex/dashboard

You can update the theme and Cornerstone manually. Please see “Manual Updates” section from this knowledge base article: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62
