The Preview Could Not Load Bug

Hello,

I am getting the following error: The preview could not load due to iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict, or customizations introducing a PHP error.

I’ve read through other forum posts, but have not found a solution.

#1 - I’ve disabled all other plugins.
#2 - I’ve edited my wp-config.php file to contain:
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

Hi @ruenel,

I’ve sent that via a Secure Note.

Thanks.

Hey @bradstephens3,

There is a problem with your Site URL and Home URL setup which is likely the cause of the issue. Normally, if I switch to www to non-www, there would be no problem. But, on your site, I get a redirect loop.

Please give us FTP or cPanel access so we could check your URL setup and see if it’s affecting the builder.

I just like to kindly ask that if you can, please set up a staging copy of your site. That is because when troubleshooting, it is sometimes unavoidable that your site will go down like what happened here. If we use a copy of your site for troubleshooting, we avoid that risk.

Thanks.

Hi Christian, please roll back your changes. I now cannot load my wp-login page.

Hey @bradstephens3,

I see that your site is working now so it looks like you’ve restored a backup. If you still wish for us to investigate the builder issue, please give us FTP access as asked previously. Please consider setting up a staging copy of your site though so we avoid the risk of disrupting your live site’s operation.

Thanks.
