Hi Mazhar,

Thank you for reaching out to us. I checked your site associated with your account and it seems like a different theme is active that’s why you’re not seeing the Theme Options. To confirm this, navigate to Appearance > Themes and make sure Pro theme is active,

If the issue persists then please check for the following first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. See https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/setup-updating-your-themes-and-plugins/62 for more details.

  2. If you’re using a caching plugin, clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugin and other optimization plugins. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  3. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  4. Remove custom CSS, JavaScript and deactivate your child theme and switch to parent theme (take a complete backup first).

Let us know how this goes!

Hi Nabeel,
I had changed the theme temporarily because it was not loading the main page. I have added back the same xtheme. Even now after clearing the cache, disabling the plugin and re-enabling it still doesn’t load. main page. When i click on any random area then a post opens up on the main page but it doesn’t display anything otherwise.

Hello Mazhar,

Thanks for updating in! Your current homepage is the blog index. Please be advised that you cannot use Cornerstone or even the default WP editor to edit the blog index. You might need to create a static homepage is you want to display something more custom designed. Please check out this documentation:

Hope this helps.
