Hi there, I am trying to get support form the plugin site, but its asking for a purchase code or via envato, I dont have a code or envato purchase, as it came with the theme…how do I ask for support.

Or maybe you could help.

I have a grid setup (not masonry) with an imported skin. I want to edit the skin, but it doesnt show as been editable, only certain other demos skins…how do I go about this?

Please follow up the steps below and see if you can edit The Grid Skin:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list here. Please follow the best practices when updating your theme and plugins. Click here for more information.
  2. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
  3. Increase the PHP Memory Limit of your server. Click here for more detailed information and how to increase the PHP memory limit.

If you still have problems kindly get back to us with the result of the steps above and URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard using the Secure Note functionality of the post to follow up the case.

I can edit most of them, it was a custom skin so I dont think it was in the demo skins to edit.

I’m not sure from where you have imported that skin. If you want to get direct support, it’s required to purchase license from the author directly.

Hi There,

In this case, you have to purchase a separate license to get the support from the grid author.

The grid plugin is bundled with X/Pro theme, so we don’t have the purchase code.
