Let’s do some troubleshooting steps first:

  1. Ensure everything is up to date according to our version compatibility list at https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/troubleshooting-version-compatibility/195

  2. Clear all caches including browser cache then deactivate your caching plugins and other optimization plugins.

  3. If you’re using a CDN, please clear the CDN’s cache and disable optimization services.

  4. Test for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

  5. Remove custom CSS, Javascript and templates.

Before checking on the browser, make sure to clear browser cache too.

If after doing all this steps and the issue persists, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? Please provide following information:

Set it as Secure Note

  • Link where the grid is added
  • WordPress Admin username / password
  • FTP credentials

Thank you for providing the login information. By your answer in the secure note, I assume you followed all the steps that my colleague mentioned.

I tested your website in English and the Read mOre buttons inside the homepage are working correctly.

Would you please kindly give us more explanation of the problem? Give us screenshots and detailed information on how we can reproduce the problem to be able to see and help properly.

Thank you for yours words. I think the problem will be with the css with ipad and iphone. Sometimes charge and another times do not charge grid , menu and some button.

Hi there,

It’s probably due to connectivity as the loading is done through ajax(background requests). Please try it with a different internet connection just to make sure it’s not due to connectivity.

I checked it as well and it loads okay.

Hi there,

Would you please kindly change the theme from X to something else and see if the problem persists. If yes, then we will need to report this to The Grid plugin developers.

Meanwhile, you can use an alternative plugin such as Essential Grid which also is available in the Extensions list in the X > Overview menu.
